Quality Management Systems

Our Quality Management System begins with our Team Members. We believe quality products come from quality people. Karlee team members are provided the training resources and tools to produce, meet, and exceed our customers expectations.

Karlee utilizes the Baldridge Model as the foundation for our Total Quality Management System. The Baldridge board approach drives focus on Customer Satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our organization.

Information Systems:
Karlee utilizes a complete end to end enterprise software solution provided by Epicor. Our system is both scalable and flexible to provide a long-term competitive advantage. Web services, supply chain and relationship management enhance our value to our customers.

Process Systems:
Karlee has taken the TQM trilogy approach to develop, optimize and improve processes. ISO 9001-2000 and TL9000 registrations drive and provide best in class benchmarking standards. The Statistical Quality Control (SQC) component of our system drives continuous improvement through analysis of metrics, root cause analysis, and closed loop corrective action.
